Student ID & Parking

Student ID

Westerner Cards (student identification cards) are required by all students attending Western Texas College.  Westerner Cards may be obtained in the Security office in Building 15, Room 113. (Monday - Friday, 10 am –2 pm)
 
Westerner Cards are used for the following:
  • Refunds can be applied to the card if you designated Herring Bank as your bank of choice
  • Campus Activities
  • Library
  • Various discounts in Snyder, TX
  • Debit Card if Herring Bank was designated as your bank of choice
  • Cafeteria - Meal Plan
  • Cogdell Family Clinic
To get your Westerner Card you will need your billing statement and an approved picture I.D. such as:
  • Driver's License
  • Foreign Visa
  • Government Issued I.D.

Vehicle Registration

Vehicles parked on the Western Texas College Campus must display a current and valid Parking Permit. 
 
Parking Permits can be obtained at Palmer Hall
  • Students are required to bring their receipt from the Business Office or the printed online statement.    
  • Students are required to complete the Vehicle Registration Form prior to receiving their permit.

Vehicles belonging to students and not displaying their parking permit will be ticketed and will result in a grade/transcript hold until fees are paid.  Parking permits MUST be displayed on the front passenger side windshield.
